Stoddart NZ and Hoodmaster Strengthen Growth Opportunities

Stoddart NZ Ltd has acquired a 60% shareholding in Hoodmaster Ltd from existing owners David and Samantha Bottom, marking a significant step forward for both businesses.

Over the past six years, Hoodmaster has built a strong reputation as a leading manufacturer and supplier of engineered kitchen ventilation solutions across New Zealand and the Pacific region. Following the acquisition, Hoodmaster will continue to operate independently, with existing shareholders and management remaining actively involved in the business.

Tony Stoddart said the partnership aligns closely with the long-term growth ambitions of both companies.
