The Culinaire® range of Island Buffets provides a practical and attractive solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve applications. The refrigerated buffet uses the Culinaire® under bench Cold Well with Gantry (Refer to CR.CWCF.U.GSF for details). The standard buffet unit has an internal framing that is constructed from heavy­duty stainless steel, to endure the day to day use in a busy environment.
