Culinaire Mobile Refrigerated Island Buffet with Flat Glass Gantry

The Culinaire® range of Island Buffets provides a practical and attractive solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve applications. The refrigerated buffet uses the Culinaire® under bench Cold Well with Gantry (Refer to CR.CWCF.U.GSB for details). The standard buffet unit has an internal framing that is constructed from heavy­duty stainless steel, to endure the day to day use in a busy environment. Buffet units can be customised to suit any application with various panel, top and gantry styles available. Options: Condensate burn off tray (factory fitted). Contact your Stoddart representative.
