Add a fryer to your modular line up with the Giorik 700 Series Electric Fryer Top.

The unit is constructed from robust 304 grade stainless steel, with rounded corners for improved cleaning. The pressed top work surface with raised edges protects from overflow in the pan.

The fryer is powered with immersed heating elements, with Hi-limit temperature protection and a manual reset. The temperature is regulated via the thermostat (100°C – 195°C), with thermostat bulbs that are protected against accidental impact.

The oil is drained via a safety interlocked lever and removable chrome spout. A hinged mechanism assists with easy cleaning inside of the tank.
