The Stacked 6 on 6 Giorik Steambox R-Series electric ovens use Giorik’s advanced direct-injection system to deliver fast, efficient steam production without the need for a boiler. This unit is supplied with the added benefit of a fully integrated recirculating ventless hood.

The Giorik Steambox R-Series offers three versatile cooking modes (convection cooking, combination cooking, and steaming), that deliver speed, precision, and consistency in every commercial kitchen.
