Stoddart Product Standard and Extended Warranty Periods & Conditions
All Stoddart manufactured and distributed products are covered by Stoddart’s standard Australia and New Zealand Product Warranty. Stoddart is pleased to present the following warranty timelines for their range of standard products in Australia.
Further to this standard warranty, certain products have access to an extended warranty. Periods and additional terms and conditions attached to this extended warranty are outlined below.

Adande
Labour – 24 months from date of installation
Parts^ – 60 months from date of installation.
^All parts are covered for the first 24 months. The extended warranty from months 25-60 cover the following: Compressor, Evaporator, Condenser, Fans, Defrost heater, Drawer slides, Drawer switches, Controller.
Further Conditions - In order to access this extended warranty period the following conditions apply:
a. Product must be registered with Stoddart and proof of purchase provided. This must be done within 90 days of installation;
b. Units must be installed in accordance with the instructions and be correctly levelled.

Airex
Labour^ – 24 months from date of installation
Parts^ – 24 months from date of installation.
^Further Conditions - In order to access this extended warranty period the following conditions apply:
a. Product must be registered with Stoddart and proof of purchase provided. This must be done within 90 days of installation.

American Range
Labour – 12 months from date of installation.
Parts – 12 months from date of installation.

Anets
Labour – 12 months from date of installation.
Parts – 12 months from date of installation (Frypot warranty differs depending on Fryer Series. Enquire with you Stoddart representative).

Asado
Labour – 12 months from date of installation.
Parts – 12 months from date of installation.

CookTek
Labour – 12 months from date of installation.
Parts – 24 months from date of installation.

Culinaire
Labour – 12 months from date of installation.
Parts – 12 months from date of installation.
Culinaire Kompatto combi ovens
Labour – 24 months from date of installation.
Parts – 24 months from date of installation.

Giorik
Warranty information for the range of combi ovens and salamanders is outlined below.
Giorik Steambox Evolution and Kore combi ovens
Parts – 48 months or 10,000 hours of working and/or standby time^ from date of installation (whichever occurs first).
Labour – 24 months or 10,000 hours of working and/or standby time^ from date of installation (whichever occurs first).
^Working and/or standby time as determined by the Product’s internal clock.
Further Conditions - In order to access this extended warranty period the following conditions apply:
a. Product must be registered with Stoddart and proof of purchase provided. This must be done within 90 days of installation using the QR code on the oven or here
b. Products must be connected to the internet via WIFI network where this feature is available.
c. Customer will provide Stoddart with access to, and full and free use of appliance data such as HACCP logs, service logs and usage logs. This data will not include any personalised data of the customer and will assist Stoddart in determining usage time, diagnosing faults, establishing cause and applying appropriate fixes. The customer is permitted to revoke access to this data, however this will invalidate this extended warranty.
d. Customer MUST use Stoddart recommended cleaning chemicals which can be purchased from Stoddart or from an approved Stoddart agent.
e. Customer MUST maintain and replace water filters ensuring that water quality stays in line with requirements outlined in Stoddart’s installation and instruction manual. As a minimum, filters need to be changed every 6-8 months (depending upon usage and water quality) and reverse osmosis membranes every 12 months. These consumables are at the customer’s cost.
f. Customer MUST commit to a regular planned maintenance regime every 2,500 hours of working/standby time or 12 months (whichever occurs first). This will be at the customer’s cost.
MovAir and Mini-Touch models
Labour – 24 months or 10,000 hours of working and/or standby time^ from date of installation (whichever occurs first).
Parts – 24 months or 10,000 hours of working and/or standby time^ from date of installation (whichever occurs first).
^Working and/or standby time as determined by the Product’s internal clock.
